Taj City Centre Gurugram

I recently did a functoin at this Taj property and felt genuinely disappointed by the food. The tasting beforehand was excellent, but on the day of the event, the dishes tasted entirely different. This was not what we agreed upon, and it certainly didn’t meet my expectations for a Taj venue.

The food was just okay, definitely not up to what you'd expect from a 5 star brand. Overall, it was an average experience with the prices with high prices.

I recently attended an event at this so-called “Taj” venue, and to say it was disappointing would be an understatement. The food was not only cold but tasted outright stale, and despite all the grand promises about their “renowned service" . It looked like they served the unconsumed items from the morning event. For a brand that touts top-tier hospitality, this experience was a total letdown—definitely not worth the hype or the price.

These people are highly unprofessional. They give you the price one day and then back it out on the other day by mentioning that these got changed. I really had very bad experinece with the sales team. They invited us for the decor and food tasting and then they asked us to sign the contract first and then taste the food. Taj is not anymore what it was earlier. They provided us the quotation of 8.96 lakh for 200 pax and during the conversation they changed the prices by mentioning that nearby dates are getting filled for that month so they need to increase the price ? Really is this how you work?

Recently hosted my birthday here and all the services were great,the decor was amazing and the staff was really polite and cooperative.

I had a great and a wedding full of festivities. The hospitality was very nice. I had an amazing experience at Taj City Centre. It indeed was our apt decision to choose Taj as our residing and celebration venue for our wedding.

Things can never go wrong if you are choosing Taj for your wedding even for stay. The food was delicious and the staff kept a regular check for all the sanitisation process. They really made all our guests comfortable. Source

Excellent hospitality..very good ambience..very good food..excellent stay..full hygiene maintenance..surely suggest for stay and organising parties.. just be careful regarding outsourcing any vendor..avail all in house facilities Thanks

The venue was modern yet chic. It provided us with all the amenities we expected out of a luxury hotel. The venue was ambient, food was delicious and the hospitality of the staff was commendable. They were flexible in their approach and catered to almost all of our demands. Though we had to push and put a little extra pressure on the management in order get things done according to our taste. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.

This venue delivered a truly exceptional experience for us and our guests. We wanted a venue that was beautiful, comfortable and would cultivate a sense of togetherness and they stood on the point to reach our our expectations. From food to decorations, everything was up to the mark.
