I had 2 weddings and my hindu wedding was done here. They messed up a little bit in the start asin when the baraat came at 5:30 pm they had still not done the flower decorations and even for the pheras they were not ready. Otherwise the management as such was polite in dealing.

Our wedding was hosted in villasa. It was a very beautiful aligned venue where people enjoyed everything. We had a lot of meetings with the venue people. The decor was in house. it turned out very nice

We booked the Vilasa Farm for my wedding day. The food and decoration was perfect. Their managment could be a little more flexible I feel. Overall, a good experience.

The venue looked spectacular but the arrangements were not upto the mark. All those services that we were promised were not fulfilled. We had to chase the management to get the things done right.

Attended the wedding of my friend on 18th April here. Such a unique decor! Just loved the entire look especially the led wall and private lounge area.

We had booked Vilasa to host our wedding event and must say, the venue was too good . They offered all the services and surpassed our expectations. They were really good at their work and we were highly satisfied. The venue was spacious and its decor was appreciated by everyone.

Such a different venue, recently attended Awards ceremony here. The lamp lit wall is so perfect for pictures.

By saying that, Vilasa by Ferns and Petals was a disappointment; we are underplaying the entire debacle that was our function and really being kind to them. We were under the “care” of design head Mahima who promised us the works in floral décor and arrangements. After 5 site visits, 2 emails with pictures (and confirmation) and endless conversations, we carefully decided on the precise elements of décor that we wanted, but when it came to execution; the team ran around like headless chicken, unable to execute squat. Mahima was “unavailable” on the day of the function and her assistant was the perfect scape goat, who couldn’t be held accountable as she claimed to be excluded from the email loop & was given different orders by Mahima. I guess that’s how they manage to dupe all their customers. For the very same wedding, we had hosted many fabulous parties; including one- at the Lodhi hotel and another at Ritz; which happened to go off without a single glitch. So its sufficient to say that we weren’t trying to cut corners anywhere. Where we paid a total of 18 lacs for the venue (including 60% real flowers + 40% artificial for décor, valet for 1500 people and vedi décor) and 6 lacs on top for décor using real flowers and new furniture (given in full advance on persistent insistence), but what we got was 95% artificial flowers; no new furniture and 4 people for valet service for a gathering of 1500 people- which lead to a massive traffic jam outside the venue, leaving guests exasperated and delayed by hours. Ironically Ferns and petals claimed to have run out of flowers for further décor (both artificial and real). As if that wasn’t enough- we were promised milni and post phera garlands- which too they failed to provide. And somehow manage to make the entire scenario worse by switching off the lights during the pheras. Talk about agony- the Mother of the Bride was left in tears with the abhorrent services and even that didn’t prove enough- to make them deliver what was promised. We had number of influencers call in to ensure that the wedding was well organized as we had heard from number of reliable sources that FnP at Vilaasa never delivers according to promise; but true to reputation, FnP promised the world and failed to deliver on all accounts. We had prominent artists coming to attend the functions as guests and performers, including Mika, Malaika Arora, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Nitin Mukesh, Madhyam Band and World Beats band who we’re pretty sure were disappointed with this function having attended our other functions, which were mammoth successes. My advice to future clients and brides. DO NOT OPT FOR VILASA if you want a smooth care free function.
