My engagement was held at the Imperial Hall here. It was lovely. the decor and food was outstanding. And on top of that, there were no last minute hassles.

We had booked country inn for our Roka and it was a lovely venue. We had a great time. Their services are really prompt and we are highly satisfied. The Decorations looked lovely and they had done everything according to our taste. Food was also mind blowing and everyone loved it and the best part was my in laws are really particular about veg food and the cleanliness because they are pure vegetarian and country in staff took care of this fact really well

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for there events, as they lie when they book and don't do things when the time comes. They didn't even acknowledge or reached out even after complaint. Stay away They charged 4-5 times for the decorations/lightings which they force you to take from there vendor when prices for these was confirmed from multiple outside vendor. Crystal hall : The minimum booking pax for this hall was 100 pax, and my guests were around 50-60(confirmed with the plates consumed that night) the hall was full and very warm, most of my guests were sweating and uncomfortable, we had to request the manager to adjust the temperature but after asking twice it didn’t worked out. Later when the amount of guests was reduced, the room was okay. Definitely this room is not meant for 100 pax and hosts shouldn’t be forced to agree to this amount of pax in this hall. We met with the decorator and agreed on the decorations we wanted and the details and they were not fulfilled as discussed. The colors of the table toppers were different from what we discussed (white table cover, plain magenta or green toppers) instead we received orange covers with printed magenta and green). Stage was supposed to be empty and ready for performances, instead it had a sofa and table that had to be removed during the event) 3B’s Random people came inside the venue for pictures around the pool area and stayed in the venue for a period of time. When we asked the personnel about those people they said those were restaurant’s guests that came in for the washrooms which wasn't the case since the restaurant has a washroom already inside.When a place is booked there should be a clear sign outside the gate that this area is reserved for private events! Do I have to request that also? After the groom came on to the stage, we requested stairs because they were not provided with the stage setups, the bride had to wait around 5-10 mins to reach the stage. The stage was very small, 3-4 people struggled at the time ( the Photos showed a very spacious stage) Dinner was upstairs. Many of my guests didn't eat dinner because they weren't aware the dinner was upstairs and they left without eating. A very small page was printed on the stair wall that said dinner was upstairs. Front Desk people should be aware of the allocated rooms/place for certain requests ( which are very common in those events, for example makeup artist for the guests, pagri guy, etc. ) Everytime I had to call the Banquet sales for those requests.But on the day of my wedding my photographer wanted me to shoot some videos while getting ready, I wasn't not being allowed to get him inside, when the front desk they were not ready to cooperate, I was told to contact my sales manager of Banquet but was gone for the day. Later got to know Hotel has certain rooms/places for those activities to occur, when it's a very common thing to happen why do we have to reach out to back team for any request, front desk people should be aware of these requests and they need to redirect the guest to the appropriate place. Due to this issue I lost my coverage which my videographer/photographer wanted to shoot.

We booked Country Inn for our wedding reception. Their food is absolutely amazing and all the guests really enjoyed themselves and loved every bit of the venue. The staff was very kind and didn't let us face any problem whatsoever. Thank you so much for having us and I'd highly recommend them to everyone.

Did my wedding function here. Everything from Decor, Dj to food was good. Staff could be a little courteous. We booked few rooms there as well for the groom side. They were not check out due to lack of communication between the hotel team.

Deciding a venue for your wedding is a super tough task. I was searching for venues and I decided to book Country Inn and Suites, Vaishali and I guess it was the best decision. The whole Country Inn team is superb at their services. They did a fantastic job. They provided us with various in house services of caterers and decor. The decor was so beautifully done that literally every single person loved it and even the food was praised by all of the guests. They even provided us with the entertainment services and this DJ that they had booked was also too good. The staff is so humble and always at your service. So, we had even got our pre-wedding photoshoot done at country Inn itself and they also helped us then. Whenever our photographer asked for any sort of help, they willingly helped him. From arranging glasses to fixing the lighting- EVERYTHING! They even let me use their spa and also they proivde you with a complimentary room on your wedding so I got dressed over there only and at that time also their services were great. They also let us use their pool side area for photography . During wedding, they had their in-house canopies sort of things made for the baraat to assemble. Basically, they are very organized and we did not really have to use too much of our brains or put in a lot of efforts. They did everything for us and as I said everything was as per our expectations and we were super happy and satisfied! It also cut downs to your budget.

even though the service on the wedding day was good. But the staff gave us a very hard time while deciding the decor and the other decsions while planning. I did not expect this from country inn suites atleast. Wasn't very happy.
