We had a horrible experience with our Reception party. The staff did not start serving starters despite telling them repeatedly. They served welcome drinks just once and then disappeared. It took a lot of efforts to get a hold of one of their guys to help with the sound system. They took a lot of time to start the dinner despite repeatedly asking. They claim to have successfully hosted events of 350 guests but failed miserably to host an event of around 200 guests. They refused to arrange a dinner table for bride and groom. When confronted about this to their manager, they claimed that they do not provide the service of arranging the table, everyone is supposed to help themselves with the budget. This was not communicated to us when booking the venue. They are severely under staffed to host an event of 100+ pax. Totally spoilt our reception party!!
