had the worst experience. had personally visited venue for accomodation of my wedding guests and engagement function. During discussion, every thing was decided from rate to menu of event, room charges, breakfast price etc. After that Manager simply became unresponsive. we had confirmed that we wil be booking and asked him to provide details of advance and booking confirmation.He didn't pick up calls, nor responded to mails. kept us blind for 15 days. being out of station myself could not help my case much for his non responsiveness. After 15 days, he denied availability of rooms. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Strongly don't recommend this for any event.
