I am deeply disappointed by our experience at le Roma Samsara, and I feel it is crucial to share the full story to warn future couples and families considering this venue for their special day. First and foremost, the property had significant water problems, which became glaringly obvious after a heavy rain. The 4th floor had severe roof leakage, resulting in water dripping all over the place, causing potential safety hazards and ruining the overall ambiance. We had to scramble to find solutions during our event, which was both stressful and frustrating. To make matters worse, the venue experienced frequent electrical issues. At several points, the lights went out, and the power kept flickering, causing serious disruptions. It's one thing to deal with technical glitches, but when it happens repeatedly during an important event, it becomes completely unacceptable. On top of these issues, the venue is clearly unfinished and not properly maintained, which made us question the steep prices they were charging. The property is still a work in progress, yet they demand top-tier prices without delivering the quality and services you’d expect at that level. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t even meet basic standards. The worst part of our experience, however, was the owner’s attitude. Not only did they show a complete lack of empathy for our situation, but their behavior was downright appalling. My father, who is battling cancer, had to endure additional stress because of the owner’s indifference to our concerns. Instead of offering any assistance or making accommodations, the owner seemed to care only about collecting money. We were charged exorbitantly for the property, and even the security deposit was unfairly handled, with no explanation or justification for the high fees. Overall, this venue is a disaster. The lack of proper maintenance, combined with poor customer service and unreasonable pricing, made our experience miserable. I strongly advise anyone looking for a wedding venue to look elsewhere. My experience when I was at the venue was exciting and surprising to the unique creation of this place. The venue is built into a beautiful balinese theme and each space gives you a vibe of celebration and happiness. This place is everything I’d want for my special occasion. Apart from this the hospitality of the brand is at its best. Good times?

There are times when you hear of how the right hospitality can make a once in a lifetime celebration come true exactly how you imagined. Let me say that Le Roma Samsara and the kindness my family and I were treated too there is one of those rare moments. the property is just gorgeous, the oriental theme and energy of the place is just too good to be true. the staff and owners are so well mannered and kind . they were right there helping everyone as if they were part of the family. Even though we were just invitees to the celebration we felt so comfortable and taken care of. Well done Le Roma Samsara.
