(Copy pasting my google review since it better belongs here) We booked the venue for our wedding before 8 months of the event. While booking they had promised us the banquet halls and the lawn for the full day. I had paid an advance of 20000 INR. But when we went to decide on the decoration before a month of the wedding, they said that I could not use the lawn and there were so many rules that appeared out of thin air, which were not mentioned to us while booking. Then they informed me that there's another wedding on the same day in the evening. When we mentioned that they had promised us the whole day, they said that they were doing business and showed us that it was written "Lunch" in the bill. There were 5 of us who do not remember anything regarding "Lunch" but everyone remembered the promise for the full day. Everyone from the hotel was very rude once the issue came out. We later got to know that the copy of the bill was manipulated since the phone number written on our bill was of someone else (we called and found out that the number was of the other party whose event was there at night). It was a mistake on our part that we did not ask for a copy of the bill (since we don't stay in India and returning back the next day of payment) and trusted them. Anyway after lot of arguments and bad behaviour we decided not to go ahead with the venue and they refunded us the money. Not going with the venue was the best decision I made. I went through lot of mental trauma and had to reprint my wedding cards but I am happy to say that the venue i got after this was great and my wedding was a dream come true. My first advice would be to not book this venue, but if you do, make sure get everything in written and signed, since once you pay the promises will change.
