Hotel Lotus Grace

Very very poor service provided by theotus grace. They ruin function after taking all payments.

The management is reckless and don’t know the duties of the venue. While booking, when asked for the liquor license they said that either we or they can arrange it. We asked them arrange the license at the time of booking. On the day of the function they refused to keep the liquor at the bar saying that we had to provide the bill for liquor. They never called us for the bill, we people are not in hotel business that we will know the rules. They knew we wanted liquor, but never gave a shit to call us. We’ve had many functions at pearl grand and some other places, people follow back to even finalise the venue. Also, they promised a complimentary room, but then the said that room near the venue will coat 6K if we want it for drinks. They took advantage of the situation. After all the they had the audacity to ask for full payment between the function and went back home without taking care of the whole functions.

Worst experience anyone can have ! We arranged wedding of my sister in this banquet on 29th may 2021! They promised that services will be good but in reality the service was pathetic ! Rooms ac were not working at all !! Bride and groom had to get ready in that condition only ! The worst part was that they arranged vedi at another place and when we went for vedi there also ac was not working at all . During the wedding every 10 min their person were comming and asking to deposit the remaining money ! And once we deposited the amount The owners managers all flee away ! Called many a times but no one picked up the call !! Staffes said ac is was not working since many days !! They ruined the marriage celebrations too!! Worst experience anyone can have!! Only fake promises Pls don’t spoil your wedding and never choose this place for marriages !! Or else it will become ur worst experience of all time .

We had booked hotel for ring ceremony which is located at Sahibabad Ghaziabad. The arrangement was best ever and the staff was cooperative and maintained the proper hygiene. The food served was delicious and as per our requirements. we truly believe that this was the first experience and we will surely have this booked next time whenever the occasion arrives. Last but not the least--Deepak Handoo was nice and cooperative person. The way he treated us was appreciated Thanks Deepak.

We had booked hotel for engagement ceremony which is located at Sahibabad Ghaziabad. The arrangement was mind blowing and the staff was cooperative. The food served was delicious and as per our requirements. we truly believe that this was the first experience and we will surely have this booked next time whenever the occasion arrives. Last but not the least--Deepak khandoo(Excuse for spell errors) was nice and supportive person. The way he treated us was lovable. Thanks Deepak.

We had booked Hotel Lotus Grace for our wedding day. The location is apt and the venue is lovely. The management is co-operative and did a fantastic job at managing the event. I was extremely happy with their services. The food and ambience was great and we got alot of compliments from the guests for the same.

We had booked Hotel Lotus Grace which is located in Sahibabad. The venue was lovely and very nicely managed. It is a newly built venue and the services are great. The food that they had provided was too good and everyone was so happy with it. Even the decoration was lovely, only fresh flowers were used! We are highly satisfied!
