A hotel is all about the customer service and hospitality, but this hotel fails in both ridiculously. We went there to enquire about wedding functions but the manager (Ankit) had made up his mind that he will not be showing any interest whatsoever, and had decided to be incredibly rude and egoist. Ultimately, not able tolerate this attitude we left with anger and disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel for any kind of functions. Totally barbaric and Unprofessional. ”
