Photographers

When deciding on our photographers, we were looking for a team who had a unique style of capturing moments and photos. As soon as we saw the work the The Picture Patch had done we loved it all. We knew that once it was all over, we would only have our photos and videos to look back on and so we wanted a team who would capture all the finer details of our wedding with good coverage. The team at Picture Patch were incredible and made us feel at ease from the day they met us. They were happy to guide us to get different angles and shots and having seen some of our photos, we could not be more thankful to them for capturing our wedding so beautifully. We cant stop staring at the photos and are really looking forward to seeing our wedding video.

Venues

When deciding where to do our wedding, location and the general atmosphere played a huge part. When we heard of Zuri White Sands resort and Casino, we fell in love with their endless lawns and loved how they had different areas to host our multiple events. If there is one thing that defines us as a couple is our love for food. We wanted a venue where we could serve good food from different cuisines to our international guests as well as some of the local delicacies and Zuri allowed us to do just that. The food was incredible, the staff were friendly and helpful and any requests we made, the team at Zuri worked their hardest to make sure our requests were fullfilled. Planning a destination wedding was not easy and it definitely came with its own difficulties but a huge shout out to Lisel and her team for answering our endless calls and questions and for working with us to ensure all the finer details were implemented and executed. The hotel is beautiful with stunning open lawns and a lovely seaside restaurant and area for a beach wedding.

Wedding Planners

When looking for our wedding planning team, we wanted a team that would be able to execute and help us plan our dream destination wedding and be proactive to share new ideas and concepts. The wedding tantra were the perfect team to help us bring our dream wedding into reality. From the day we engaged them right to the very end, they have been so supportive, organised and a fantastic team to work with. I (Reva) am a particular person when it comes to the decor and smaller details and the Wedding Tantra understood our vision and provided us with the contacts and options based on the themes and events we wanted. From helping us with rsvps, to the smooth running of each event and not to mention the absolutely stunning decor elements, we could not be happier and grateful to have had them as our planners. They made sure that our guests felt welcomed and helped organise all the various details from hospitality desks to airport transfers to room hamper packing and distrubtion and not to mention followng up on guest rsvp and collating flight information. Without such a fantastic team, there was no way we could have managed to stay on track with wedding planning and they were our point of contact to help us with vendor and venue discussions and organisations. Adithya, Janice, Sumnanth, Kelly and team were absolutely phenomenal and we are so thankful to them for being so patient and understanding through the whole process of wedding planning. Having a family who has a creative background and a mum who is a international floral judge, decor was something that we wanted to be absoutely perfect. TWT team never turned down any decor aspects that seemed difficult to execute and ensured that the floral work and overall decor was of a very high standard. The highlight for us was our wedding day mandap which when we saw it, we were completely blown away. They had executed it to the exact detail and precision that we had wanted and we really were lost for words. Through multiple presentations and decor ideas, they never stopped sharing ideas and photos until we were 100% happy with the decor elements. From curating a beautiful orchid peacock at our wedding entrance to our yellow filled sunflower pithi event, they really did bring their A game and each and every element was absolutely stunning.

Bridal Makeup

When looking for my makeup and hair stylist, I wanted someone who was willing to be daring and playful with different colours and hairstyles but who also would not make me look like a whole different person. I knew from the moment I met mansi and her team, that it was going to be a fun few days. She made me feel so much at ease and always took into consideration the looks I wanted to go for but at the same time suggested new and different options that would work. Mansi was always there whenever I needed her for retouchs and she was always prompt and ensured I was ready on time despite some few delays. I got so many compliments about my hair and makeup and hands down, Mansi and her team killed each and every look. I could not recommend her and her team enough. She is so talented and even in the heat of Goa, my makeup did not crease or smudge on my face. If anyone is looking for a dream team for their wedding, Mansi gupta and her team are the ones for you. I can't recommend her enough, she made me look like an absolute princess and brought all of my visions to life so beautifully and elegantly.

Mehendi Artist

When looking for my mehendi artist, I wanted someone who would be willing to give me a customised design that showcasewd aspects of our relationship in it. Misba and her team did an incredible job. Being born in Kenya, I wanted to have safari animals incorporated within my design and Misba came up with a beautiful design with elephants and giraffes. She also managed to include our personalised logo and proposal in Turkey as part of the design. Misba and team were fantastic and their work was intricate, beautifully designed and they were super efficient too.

DJs

when multiple people told us that the DJ either makes or breaks the events, we knew we wanted someone who knew all genres of music and was willing to mix new and old styles of music. DJ Aliston ensured he kept the crowd moving, he listened to requests and he even allowed the bride to have a go at his decks. He was the perfect DJ for us, he brought the energy, hyped the crowd and literally brough the vibes. As one of our guests said to us , ' he is the best DJ I have heard till date'. and I think that speaks for himself.

Groom Wear

Most of his outfits were from Elegance in Mumbai. He wanted a customised wedding outfit that had the red of my outfit incorporated in it. The team at Elegance, really brought together a beautiful outfit with an intricate design and personalisation. They helped us pair it with beautiful jewllery, safaa and mala. They gave us customised shoes to match the outfit and ensured all this was complete with perfect measurements in short period of time. We loved every outfit and will definitely be back to get more outfits for family weddings soon.

Bartenders

we love food and drink as a couple so having a bartending team who were willing to help us customise cocktails to the flavours and liquors we like was so important to us. The team at bar baraati were incredible and helped bring our themed bars with beautiful decor pieces and customised drinks to life. They brought the energy, the fun and the different types of shots (caviar shots. drunken fruits, mango tequila ) to our events. Their service was incredible and they really did listen to us as clients and brought we wanted to the table. They ensured to have the drinks flowing and without them the after parties would not have been as lit as they were!

Wedding Pandits

having a range of international guests attending our wedding, we wanted a pandit who was able to explain some of our rituals in english so our guests understood and could follow on. Jignesh pandit did just that and ensured all of the ceremonies ran on time and went well. He brought his sense of humour along too which guests really enjoyed.

Wedding Entertainment

having an african background meant we wanted someone to bring the afrobeat vibes to the recepetion and Akash was the perfect vendor to make this happen. His pure talent and incredible percussion playing brought the high energy to our reception and it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable few days.

we wanted a chilled atmosphere for our wedding dinner and I am so glad we stumbled across this incredible band on instagram. Their vocals and music was phenomenal. They brought the old school classics and played some of our favourite songs whilst ensuring the crowd was on their feet! They were the cherry on the top for our wedding day and we can't thank them enough.

from the first time we heard his videos, we knew Nigel was the perfect sax player for our Sangeet. He is so talented and played the exact types of sets we wanted. He really did bring the vibes to the sangeet and he was fantastic!
