The sangeet stage was weak and unsafe, the reception sound system malfunctioned, and the DJ played the same three songs at every event. Your so-called hospitality team did nothing—everything was left for my children to manage. You turned what should have been a joyful day into heartbreak. The event planner’s complete lack of professionalism ruined what should have been a beautiful and unforgettable day. The wedding was delayed by hours, leaving guests frustrated and confused. What was promised in the decor looked nothing like the actual setup—cheap, mismatched, and thrown together without any attention to detail. The worst moment, however, was during the varmala ceremony. The garlands literally broke, and the whole exchange was awkward and uncomfortable. It was heartbreaking to see the bride and groom trying to salvage the moment while everything around them fell apart. The bride, visibly distressed, and her mother in tears was something no guest should have to witness at a wedding. What truly struck me, though, was the lack of professionalism. The event planner and their staff were unreachable during crucial moments, leaving the family to fend for themselves. Issues that should have been handled easily were left unresolved, and calls went unanswered. This wasn’t just poor planning—it was a complete failure to execute a special day for a family who deserved better. It’s clear this planner is more interested in taking money than delivering quality service. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. They ruined a once-in-a-lifetime event, and no one should have to go through what this family endured.

My mother was in tears, and I couldn’t even console her. To make things worse, the groom’s hands were trembling as he tried to tie the garlands back together, clearly shaken by the mishap. The entire moment, which should have been magical, was destroyed because of the planner’s carelessness. I asked the event manager about the bride’s entry setup for the varmala—something we had discussed countless times—they looked confused and asked, “Was there anything planned for the entry?” They were completely clueless about the flower chaddar we had requested, and it took them two hours to prepare a disgusting makeshift chaddar that didn’t even come close to what we had envisioned. Throughout the event, I tried calling the event managers multiple times to address the decor and other preparations, but they blatantly ignored my calls. They cut my calls repeatedly, leaving us to manage their mess on our own during the wedding itself. It was beyond unprofessional—it was an insult to everything we had hoped for. This wasn’t just another wedding for us. It was a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that they destroyed with their negligence and lack of care. Watching my sister, who had dreamed of this day her entire life, cry because of their failures is something I will never forgive. To anyone considering this planner, I beg you to think twice. Don’t let them ruin your special day the way they ruined ours. Their carelessness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior make them completely unworthy of anyone’s trust. Save yourself the heartbreak—stay far, far away from these frauds. I have added the photos from our final decor PPT versus the actual wedding setup, and it is heartbreaking. What they promised was a dream; what they delivered was a nightmare—cheap, careless, and nothing like what we envisioned. Seeing my sister’s special day ruined like this is unbearable. Please don’t let them ruin anyone else’s sister’s wedding ??

This event planner was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I regret ever hiring them. From the first meeting, it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. They showed up late to every appointment, were unprepared, and couldn’t even remember the basic details of our conversations. I constantly had to remind them of things we’d already discussed, and even then, they still got it wrong. When the day of the event finally came, I was already dreading it, and rightfully so. They were hours late setting up, and when they did finally arrive, it was clear they hadn’t even read the plan I sent them multiple times. The venue looked NOTHING like we had discussed, and the entire décor was thrown together haphazardly at the last minute. The chairs were mismatched, the lighting was off, and half the elements I specifically requested were missing. To make matters worse, they brought along a team of completely untrained and unprofessional staff. They were rude to my guests, made mistakes throughout the entire event, and were utterly clueless about what to do. I had to step in and manage the event myself, making decisions and fixing mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. They even did not deliver gift hampers i ordered to all guests They didn’t even try to make up for any of it—no apology, no offer of compensation, just a total lack of accountability. It was clear that they didn’t care about my event or my experience at all. Honestly, they should be out of business. Save yourself the frustration, and do NOT hire them. This planner made my special day feel like a total disaster.

This was the WORST decision we made for our wedding. The event planner was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly incompetent. From start to finish, it was a nightmare dealing with them. They ignored our requests, lied about what they could deliver, and had zero accountability when things went wrong. The decorations were cheap ,third class and nothing like the pictures they showed us. The timeline was a disaster—events were delayed by 4-5 hours, causing massive inconvenience for our guests. The staff was rude, disorganized, and looked like they had no clue what they were doing. They didnt even know what event was planned . Even the varmala broke down just after exchanging garlands and brides mother broke into tears and bride was visibly distressed. To top it off, they had the audacity to demand extra money midway through the event, holding us hostage on our big day. This company is a complete scam! They ruined what was supposed to be the most specials day of our lives. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these frauds!”**
