Urbana team helped us plan and host the wedding of our daughter in Hua Hin Thailand recently. It was an amazing experience. The bride and groom met Ritu Lamba only once more than 12 months ago. After that it was on phone calls or emails that we discussed the ceremonies and requirements with Ritu, I must say we arrived as guests at the wedding and what we got was beyond our expectations. There were 5 functions nonstop and we were amazed at how the decor would change, things would be there for all ceremonies. All vendors Mehndi, Makeup artists, Dhol player, photographers were all there before you knew. Everything was so professionally done.Ritu and her team were on the ground all the time ready to help. Each and everyone of our guests were utterly impressed by the arrangements. If you want a hassle free experience I would highly recommend Urbana weddings. Urbana wedding and events recently planned our wedding at The Palayana, Hua Hin. We have been in constant touch with Ritu for a year in making sure everything was what and how we wanted and we were surprised that it had exceeded our expectations. We had 5 events and each one went perfectly with amazing decor and organisation. The team was hands on during the wedding made sure of every detail. They were there to help with anything if we needed. Ritu and her team understood our requirements for a Sikh wedding and made sure everything was done correctly and appropriately. The overall experience was simply extravagant. The efforts made by urbana team was on spot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As a customer I never felt disappointed. The team was very responsive during the pre wedding and took quick actions. There was personal touch rather than strict professionalism which I really appreciate.
