I had the pleasure of working with Tripti and her team for my wedding makeup, spanning five events. For two of those events, senior artist Meet handled my makeup, while Sapna styled my hair. They perfectly captured the look I desired after a thorough briefing. For the main wedding events, Tripti took the reins, delivering three breathtaking looks. As an expert in her field, I had complete trust in her abilities. She listened attentively to my vision, offered valuable feedback, and collaborated with me to finalize the perfect look. I had a booking with Tripti on December 10, 2024, for a 2-3 PM slot. Due to delays in my events, I postponed the appointment and informed them that I would be available by 6-7 PM. They arranged a hotel room for my makeup. I arrived at 7:30 PM, but the team was 30 minutes late. Despite this, they blamed me for the delay, claiming it was my fault for being late. The makeup artist didn’t ask about my preferences and hurriedly did what she wanted, leaving me completely disappointed with the result. Although she refused to come to my venue, I later found out that she visited other venues on the same day. The service was extremely poor. They market themselves as celebrity artists, but the experience is not worth your hard-earned money.

Tripti is amazing and such a sweetheart. Amazing job by her on my wedding day. She took my brief very seriously. Thanks for every thing. Greatful that I booked you for my special day.

I’m sorry for sharing my thoughts so late, just realized that it was just in my mind that I reviewed my experience with you. I decided to get dolled by her since long and I don’t regret my decision. She’s very sweet, listens patiently to your wishes and puts sincere efforts and time to match your ecxpectations. I wanted a natural makeup look retaining my true skin tone and she did exactly the same without heavy layers of makeup. All the products used during the makeup were high end.
