Hiring Dhruv & Chetna is equal to inviting numerous problems to your wedding days!! Highly unprofessional team with 0% experience. Their team spoiled my sister's wedding to that extent that the consequences were unacceptable!! It was not even 10% of what they promised to give us. We gave them the responsibility to take over the decor of Haldi, Engagement & Wedding. To the amazement, they did not take a step back to spoil all 3 functions in the most disastrous ways!! - Starting from haldi, they gave the cheapest backdrop they had. Even the yellow coloured tents were arranged by us at the very last moment when they were unable to arrange it !! - Jumping onto the Engagement function, the function was to start at 5:00 PM, but got 2-2.5 hours delayed as the venue wasn't ready by that time. In this worst scenario , my brother-in-law himself got everything done on his own wearing his Engagement outfit which was the worst thing someone could expect!! - Dhruv & Chetna with their team crossed the limits on the wedding day, surprising to know that Dhruv got drunk the previous night, woke up late and the venue wasn't decorated at all. My fiance and his friends were shocked and devasted seeing the scenario at the wedding venue.!! The guests started arriving & it was extremely embarrassing for us to handle the situation.!! This is not even 50% of the difficulties summarised in this review!! I would request, no couple should hire 'TIE MY KNOT TEAM' , they can never be trusted on their words & have capability to show the worst scenarios , no one could expect!!

Horrible, Disaster and Highly Disappointing! Hire them only if you have to spoil your wedding. This wedding planner Dhruv and Chetna spoiled my wedding in a way I can't explain. They were supposed to take care of Haldi, Engagement and Marriage (Day wedding) which was on 16th, 17th & 18th January, 2020. 1. Didn't do anything as per the presentation and changed the decoration plan to save his cost. The wedding was without any decoration, stage was used from last marriage which was on the same venue. He literally turned our big day upside down. 2. Decoration was delayed by 4-5 hours on engagement and wedding both. We didn't even had time to get clicked with our family members and friends as we had to leave for Gurudwara for pheras. 3. He promised to decorate Gurudwara but to our surprise there was not a single piece of decoration in the Gurudwara. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY, IMAGINE ME, THE GROOM WAS READY IN HIS ENGAGEMENT CLOTH STANDING AT THE VENUE AND GETTING THINGS DONE as the decorator was shrewd enough to tell our friends that Groom and Bride has selected this decoration when our friends at the venue objected to the incomplete decoration. Then finally I personally had to go the venue to check the decorations 5. Highly inexperienced! Our guest arrived on wedding day at the venue and venue was not even cleaned up after the last function. The decorator, Dhruv and Chetna slept after 17th function without looking after the arrangements for 18th. 6. Because of them I had to pay our DJ and Band Baraat wala extra 15K money because they had to be there for additional 5-6 hours and they had some other functions also. 7. They blocked us from their social media handle so that we couldn't report them or write their reviews.

Thank you so much Tie-my-knot team for making my Functions so memorable. A tremendous amount of hard work and effort. It was absolutely stunning and everything was hassle free. The aura and the vibe that the decor gave was marvelous. I have heard nothing but praise from all who attended the wedding !! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who want their event to be huge success.

There are no words to even describe Dhruv and his crew. They are PERFECT in every way. I was completely stress free from day one of planning. He kept me on track and helped me with everything....even last minute changing my mind. He is so great at his job. We had so many compliments on everything. I 100% recommend him and his team.
