Great experience! Hands down what a team! On time Co-ordination, great efforts & out of the way execution! We can’t thank them enough! We contacted them 3months prior to the wedding & they helped us in finding almost everything for our wedding from vendor to venues they literally planned everything in a manner that it has to be executed well! I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Mooncloud Events for the amazing job they did in planning and executing our wedding. We are based out of San Francisco and our wedding was in Jaipur, so we had to work remotely with our planner. Transparent communication, trust and ability to work with family back in India were the most important factors that helped us select Mooncloud events, and more specifically- Megha for our wedding. Here are some specific examples of how Mooncloud Events led by Megha went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding: Available: They were always available to answer our questions, even if it was in the middle of the night- which is typical to expect when working across timezones. Megha has great patience and gets along very well with anyone. It never for once felt like we’re working with someone who isn’t part of our family! Vendor management: Once we scouted and finalized the vendors, Megha and team managed them wonderfully. They handled all of the logistics of our wedding, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Megha had great ideas for the decor and liaised very well with the excellent decor team- Prince events to share our ideas, preferences and change requests. Adaptive and Flexible: I remember on the day of the wedding, my sisters and nieces wanted to do a performance for the bridal entry which required some props. It was all taken care of by Megha and team. I love the team’s spontaneity and a “let’s do it” attitude. I am sure a 100 things would have gone wrong at the wedding but I didn’t find out about any of those and that’s a great sign of a job done well: I could completely enjoy the party without the slightest worry of things coming together. I would highly recommend Mooncloud Events to anyone planning a wedding. They are true professionals who are dedicated to their clients and their happiness. They are also incredibly talented and creative, and they will help you create a wedding that is truly one-of-a-kind.
