Ladies, beware this brand has the worst delivery, sizing and customer service. They delivered my order a month late, the size was wrong at least 2 sizes off. They didn’t respond to return the item and finally when they agreed to take the return, they have held my money ransom for another 2 months saying every week the money was on the way which still isn’t here. Worst shopping experience so far, I don’t use the term harassment lightly, but this came close with just how many times they outright lied to me about the order and refund. Watch out for this scam.

I bought chenderi silk suit which I like most but I am disappointed because of that fabric is transparent..she attach slip on it but there is no use...I bought 5 same dresses..

Very exclusive range. I could not find anything like there collection elsewhere , The prices are also good according to the quality that they give

I have got a couple of outfits from Sheetal Batra and all of them are just stunning. The work is so delicate and she always customizes it to my needs. The fit is just perfect and is always delivered on time. I trust her blindly as she gives the best advice as to what suits me. The last outfit I got made was an Anarkali and it?s beautiful. I have been shopping at Sheetal?s store for years now. I love her pastel themed collection. Her designs are graceful and elegant to suit all ages. Every time I am in GK, I make it a point to drop in and I always find something lovely for my wardrobe. She has a beautiful collection of printed and embroidered semi-formal suits in the affordable range of 5-15k. A must visit store to find affordable designer wear for every special occasion!

I picked up my Mehendi outfit from Sheetal Batra. I had browsed extensively online and I knew the kind of look I wanted but the price tag was a little out of my budget. I went to Sheetal and she showed me this lovely yellow sharara with aqua dupatta with aari zari work. It was really close to what I was looking for and she even helped me customize the look in the budget that suited my needs. I got countless compliments for my look! Highly recommend their collection for the bride-to-be!

Both my sister and I chose Sheetal Batra outfits for my sisters’ wedding. Her signature classic silhouettes in romantic pastels with beautiful floral motifs was exactly the look we wanted for the pastel theme wedding. I went for a pastel blue lehenga with gota patti, dori, zardozi and resham work. I paired it with kundan jhumkis to complete the look. Would definitely recommend her!!!

We opted for a country garden mehendi theme. So I wanted a lehenga with subtle hues of summer blended with floral motifs. After browsing intensively online and visiting tons of multi designer stores, I finally found my perfect summer ensemble at Sheetal Batra. It was yellow lehenga embroidered with traditional crafts of gota patti, zardozi, resham and dori work. The dupatta was dusty pink to provide the right contrast. The team at the store was very helpful. They even customised my lehenga by adding latkans matching with the decor. We had three trials to get the perfect fit (as like every bride I was trying to lose weight for the D-day). The lehenga was delivered beautifully packed. I am really glad I went with Sheetal as my designer as she made the whole process completely stress free and fun (like it should be!) ❤
