Sakhi Fashions

Ordered six sarees online. I had to call them several times to find out when the sarees would arrive after three weeks had gone by. They sent me 5 out of the 6 sarees. It has been more than 3 months and I am yet to receive the 6th saree. I have written to them several times via WhatsApp. I even tried reaching them over the phone. Their response always has been will be "sending the saree soon". They have not offered to refund the money. Had a really bad experience shopping with them online. Will not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is awful. They are definitely a bunch or fraudsters.

Ordered a silk dupatta online on sakhi fashions bangalore. The following were the lacunas and issues 1. They hadn't mentioned on the site that it was out of stock. Only after ordering and asking for an update via WhatsApp, came to know it was out of stock and it was going to be a made to order piece. 2. The colour is totally a different shade. 3. Have doubts about the silk purchased. Feels like synthetic. 4. There is no silk mark label. This is unfortunate and disappointing. Kindly don't do any online purchases with this shop Deeply disappointing, considering their claims.

Worst online shopping experience. Bunch of fraudsters who charge u for products not available and then don't refund ur money. Absolute waste of time for and very unethical. Mother daughter duo are fit to only pose -- zero values and quality. Shameless bunch!
