The owner is super rude and arrogant. Ill manared creep and doesnt respect the person at all. No timeliness and no coordination between staff and waiters. Drawing away services in between. Serving cold food snd being proud of it. Infact giving threats on the date of the function that if you talk like this take away your money im interested. Mr owner you shall never grow in life like this.

I had my daughter's b.d party at royal and let me tell you everybody fell in love with the hall. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the decor was so lush and elegant. People will not stop telling me how gorgeous everything was. Thank you royal baraat Ghar for making my occasion so beautiful and fun!!!! I will definitely be having more parties here.

A good catering services include handling all unforseen situations and treat their client with respect and dignity. Sadly, both were HIGHLY MISSING at your end. At that point, if you and your team managed everything properly , everyone there will be happy and satisfied, why will we not pay. You guys need to talk to people with RESPECT. And make a plan to handle situations( that thing catering services people knows) P.S. - Although there were lots of mismanagement from your side and scarcity of food. Still, we have paid extra amount for extra people apart from the quoted amonut. When you have not provided us with last day breakfast, by simply saying when we will receive the payment then we will provide it. My guests have returned empty stomach, due to these things. STOP harassing, cursing and abusing your client at the event and after the event is completed. Talk with respect and in a polite manner , everything can be sorted. (Like you did at the time of Booking ** sweet talks**) Think on this - someone invited you and they can't feed you properly and not giving proper respect, how will you feel.

Poor management. Even after paying an extra amount the designated authority cut down one whole meal. Caterer is very rude, arrogant and doesn't knows how to talk.

Catering is not good, management was also not good, overall I am not happy with their services.
