I found discrepancies in their service...i bought a purple colored maheswari silk from their Instagram page. I made the payment instantly..yet they didn't say the saree was not ready..it took 2 weeks to get delivered..and after paying 4270 i got to know the same saree is available on other websites @1400..i found the quality they advertises and the quality they delivers not same

Dream collection! The colours are amazingly beautiful. Fabric is easy to drape and very comfortable! Always get many compliments whenever I wear a Roots Saree!!!

They have delivered a very cheap quality product. Also, the fabric has an unpolished finish. The pricing is overrated. The same product is available in other handlooms for about half of the price which they charge.

They had very beautifull collection of Bridal wear. They also helped me to customised the dress with extra work. The service was too good and the dress was delivered on time.
