I had one of the worst experiences booking Christina for my wedding in Goa. From the start, I was misled and disappointed. She promised to stay until I checked I was happy with the makeup but left almost immediately without even acknowledging the person who booked her. To make matters worse, she claimed that airbrush makeup was applied with a basic makeup brush, which is simply false. I was charged for airbrush makeup but received basic makeup instead. Despite paying for a premium service, she rushed my application because she was double-booked. Christina also recommended a hairdresser who was equally rushed and unprofessional, claiming she had to "go to work." After months of planning to make my wedding day special, it was disheartening to have both my makeup and hair done in such a hurried manner. When I inquired about reviews, she dismissed my concerns and suggested it was my choice whether to book her or not, indicating a lack of professionalism and transparency. It was clear she was filtering her reviews and showing only what she wants to, leaving me with a sense of distrust. Christina ruined my special day, making me feel less than beautiful when I had trusted her completely. She even offered me less than 20% compensation for the inconvenience, which felt far from acceptable, and then blocked me before I could express my disappointment properly. Do not trust Christina with your special day; save yourself the trouble and seek a more reliable artist. Also she made me get my hair fixed by the hairdresser who I called to do my bridesmaids hair before finishing and taking a video, to make it seem like she done my hair.

One of the worst makeup artist we came across, no professionalism at all Before booking and giving the advance for the booking was calling continuously to talk of her good deeds and also promised to stay the whole time, but after paying the advance turned around just 1 month before the wedding day and said she will leave after 2 hours of her arrival. She even threatened one week before the wedding to take back the entire advance and look for someone else if we don't follow her terms and conditions. On the wedding day instead of the bridal makeup did a normal partywear makeup and insisted it is bridal one and blamed sweating as the cause, as the makeup started going off in just 1 hour. When called for a touchup was having a very ruthless behaviour and charged additional 30 percent of the total amount and kept on demanding we do the payment first before the makeup artist person leaves for the destination not even considering the situation and the big day choas holds and even refused to do additional hairstyling and makeup for the additional family members.I will not recommend anyone to choose her in near future as I don't want anyone to suffer like me. No professionalism and not thinking about person emotions on that day. Only thinks about making money and running away early
