Elite Event and Production - Decor

we used saagar for our wedding planning and coordination and DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. He promised a lot of things under our budget( which was not low) but did not deliver it. He does not communicate things clearly which caused us to pay extra to other vendors. our guests faced major inconvenience because of his team’s coordination. when we arrived at the venue there were no team members to assign room or assist although all details were provided in advance. our guests had to wait for very long time and drag luggage on their own. There was an agreement there will be helpdesk but it was not there at first and when saagar arranged it, it was in poorly planned location. Because of Saagar and his team’s delay, all our first day events were delayed, causing us to end our sangeet earlier. Saagar promised us that whatever things he have decided will be executed although there were no color shots during varmala for which we paid a lot. He stopped responding to us as soon he received money. We paid for bag tags and itinerary and it was not even provided to groom side. Sagar did not communicate things clearly from venue owner as well to us causing us to pay extra and causing major inconvenience to us and our guests.

Overall do not recommend them. Things that didn’t go well- Not a pleasant experience working with SAAGAR and team. There was no homework done on venue details despite providing required information in advance. There was no coordination from the team on sequence of events and team was not proactive on ensuring that cleaning staff is doing their tasks timely and making sure that guests are welcomed properly during baarat. When baarat arrived, there was no banner or anything to inform them which gate baarat was supposed to stop for Pooja. there was trash from previous event at the entrance which was event planners responsibility to get the place ready for dwar-chaar. When we arrived at the venue, there was no information desk, bell boys, welcome board for the events as promised, we had to carry our guest’s luggage and wait for more than an hour for room allotment(our guests were tired after long travel). We provided guest list in advance for SAAGAR to work on it. We had to spend extra bucks as SAAGAR did not convey clear instructions from venue owner to us on what type of canopy he is installing which was not very useful for us. As SAAGAR and team did not communicate baarat arrival timings in advance to bride side, we had to pay extra to band as well. Music console was not good and we had multiple interruptions during performances, even during bride and groom special performance( there was no problem in playing these songs in our systems). We were charged for color shots for the wedding could not see single color in photos/videos Positive notes- reception decor was good. SAAGAR was able to accommodate few of our adhoc requests.

Working with Sagar and his team for my wedding was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we began planning to the final moments of our special day, they exceeded all expectations. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly. From the stunning decor to the delicious food and seamless coordination, everything was executed with precision and elegance. We are forever grateful for their hard work, expertise, and unwavering support throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner who will turn their dreams into reality.
