Whatever you do, DO NOT book Desi Camera for your wedding or any important event. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Initially, the photographer came across as charming, friendly, and professional—an act to lure you in. But the moment she received our payment, everything changed dramatically. Desi Camera completely failed us on the most important day of our lives. They didn’t just lose our wedding photos—they lost every single photo and video from our wedding day. We waited with excitement to relive our memories, only to be handed a hard drive filled with photos of another couple’s wedding. This outrageous mistake isn’t just a gross invasion of privacy but also shows how incompetent and careless this photographer is. Since then, it has been over nine months of pure frustration and stress. The photographer has been utterly unresponsive, unreachable, and shockingly rude. My parents, who were simply trying to help us resolve this disaster, were treated with disrespect and contempt. Her attitude has been nothing short of disgraceful, proving she doesn’t care at all about her clients once she has their money. We have all the evidence to prove how poorly we’ve been treated, but despite countless attempts to contact her, she has refused to take any responsibility. No refund, no apology, no resolution—just silence. This level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and disregard for her clients is unforgivable. Do not hire this company, they did not give full video n keep making excuses n finally they didn't spoke n asking for video then they denied to say data lost..I book this company fory bro marriage in November still dint not provide full video in first .Always ready for excuses now they excused us by saying u keep delay ...worst experience ..please escape from these guys .
