The moment I saw Ankiit's work, I knew he was going to plan my entire wedding. He undoubtedly has the best taste in decor and helped us rope in the best of vendors for all of the wedding functions. He gives so much attention to detail and is the brides savior. He became an amazing friend through the wedding planning and it all became fun. From helping with the invites to getting us the nicest band for the sangeet, he will sort it all out. The best part was seeing it all come together in the end. Ankiit through Shloka wedding planners was my decorator for 5 events that took place between JW Mariott & Hyatt, Kolkata. Ours was a Telugu-Bengali wedding. Ankiit represented both our diverse backgrounds in a popmous manner. Ankiit brings with him a keen expertise with his formative years in interior design & architecture, and marries it with his love for ?Drama? as he put it. The man knows his spacial configuration when he walks into any room. He really does bring life to the room with his acute and innovative touch. In an industry run down by Momzillas and Bridezillas, Ankit is able to cut through the emotions and deliver upon the fairytale dream. I?ve never once heard him complain or say something is not possible. He is patient and kind to a fault. And for the fathers and uncles reading this, he?s also a numbers man and will give you accurate estimates during the first or 2nd brief meeting. He also negotiates and keeps budgets in mind.

Ankiit became more my best friend than our event manager. I was in a completely different time zone than him but he ALWAYS took care of all my concerns, whether it was 3 am in India or during another event he had. The best part about working with him is that you will really have fun planning your event instead of just being stressed throughout the process.
