Click & Create Studio

Terrible experience. It’s going to 5th month and still they didn’t provide videos and there is not even a single update. I am following continuously and must have dialled him almost 50-60 times, he consistently ignores texts and calls, he just disappeared. They are just ruining someone’s crucial memories. I would never recommend to anyone.

We are unable to reach them out after the event, the person is not picking the calls nor replying to any of our messages. This is disappointing.. will never recommend these people for any function!!!!

Firstly, I must commend you on your professionalism and efficiency during the events. Everything went smoothly and was well within the scheduled time, which contributed greatly to the success of our gatherings. However, I must express some disappointment regarding the delivery of the photographs. It has taken longer than expected, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, we have encountered difficulties in getting in touch with you. This lack of responsiveness has been frustrating and has left us feeling unsatisfied with the after-service experience. As a client, we value not only the quality of the work but also the level of communication and support provided throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the delay in receiving the deliverables and the lack of responsiveness have impacted our overall satisfaction with your services.
