Worst Experiment. Not a trust worthy seller. Cheating their customers. I've been trying to contact her multiple times on whatsapp, Instagram and through call from past 4 days, still there's not a single communication or resolution from their end. They have completely ghosted me after sending me an incorrect order. Firstly, I have got different colour from what I had ordered. Secondly, the name plate customisation is missing. I informed them immediately regarding my issue, but still haven’t heard back with resolution. They did not take any initiative from their end to address my query or at least respond to my messages or calls. However small or big their business is, this is not the way to do it.

Kanchan is a big scamster and the rudest business owner I’ve ever seen. I ordered for a ring platter exactly how it was shown on their Instagram page with the exact same colours for 2700 rupees. Even after payment I confirmed the colours as those were very important for me. She mentioned it’ll take 7-10 days which was fine by me. On the 10th day, she doesn’t respond and then delays it by a day. I asked to collect instead of shipping so that I can check the order and bring my special tray safely. I asked for the location and still no reply. Again delayed by a day, then sends me a location. She doesn’t pick up the phone, after waiting for 15 minutes replies on whatsapp with another number to call who shares another location. On getting there I finally get the tray only to see has a very different colour. On questioning, the delivery person says the colour depends on availability and can’t give the same colour. On clarifying with Kanchan she was very rude in saying that’s how it is. If you need blue, we’ll put whatever we have and then you’ll have to take it. I had to fight with the person and put a question on their work quality since the tray was garbage for me, only then the person refunded me the money. Then Kanchan had the audacity to say that I don’t deserve their products

Ms/Mrs Kanchan’s instagram page is very beautiful but that is opposite to her behaviour and her replies. My fiancee ordered a ring platter telling the exact requirements. At that time she did not tell that the ring holders would be of different colours. She took the money. After that it was very difficult to even connect with her. After long drama of where to pick the order from(we wanted to pick it personally to check the order), she asked my fiancee to pick the order from some other guy who was her representative. On checking the product he found that the boxes were not of the same colour and he raised the concern that the boxes were not as expected. Along argument took place and she agreed to give some other colour box but then said that we will have to accept the tray with any colour holder that she give . On raising the argument that we can’t take any random order they provide us, she said keep your money and you don’t deserve our product. In case you are thinking how can one be so rude, just scroll down on google reviews and see her replies. She will probably write one here too ? Ma’am you might be very busy but do try to understand people are reaching out to you which is beneficial to you. Atleast try to be polite while refusing the services. This is the least you can do, if not provide with correct work. Edit: I told you she will reply! One more thing ma’am, you gave us a location of mid street . We received it at red light. So keep your nonsense with you. I highly regret that I didn’t see your reviews before placing an order with you. Also get your eye tested please, brown and blue are very different colours. ?

This lady is running a scam. She has cheated my sister. Firstly they don't send the orders and when someone puts a bad review they threaten people to remove their reviews only then they will refund the money or send the orders. I request Wedmegood to look into this and take action. And if you are not a fraud then you shouldn't stop people's order, once we will recieve the order we will remove the review ourselves. There are so many people with whom you have done the same and then you are replying everyone that they have put a false review. You are telling people that you have screenshots of the order being shipped, but personally you people tell your customers that you just give delivery dates and not the shipping dates.

Fraud people, will block u and won’t reply to your texts, spam your money and harass you, uploading images of same

Dirty bad Experience, Fraud girl and company, should learn first how to do Business and treats with the customers, the reviews in their IG page are fakes too, they sent incomplete product, when we complained, she mentioned she will send the missing products, and later calls u liar and says they won't send, and refund only 100 out of 3100 that too using rude language and hate speech. I would suggest WedMeGood folks to remove this vendor from their lists, I also shared this story with 3 Youtubers and provided them the SCREENSHOTS as well, all will follow this story.

BEWARE !!!! Not a genuine vendor. Will ask for pre-payment for order and will not deliver your order. Will keep you engaged till a month still not ship your order.
