Turquoise & Pink Beach Wedding With A Bride In the Most Exquisite Lehenga.
BY Latha Sunadh | 28 Aug, 2017 | 3 min read
This bride's lehenga could easily be voted the prettiest one we've seen this year yet. In shades of pastel blue, mint green and pink, it's as unusual and beautiful as it can get. Well, that's not the only thing that makes this wedding a delight - the pastel mandap by the sea (those pink flowers hanging everywhere make it look like some sort of fairytale wonderland) , the frenetic pool party Mehendi and the Benarasi lehengas with a killer blouse the bride designed. So much Inspo. While Marriott Rayong was beautiful as a location, the Photography & Videography by Artfoto Studios brought out the joie de vivre of the place!

"We were classmates in school since class two. Though of course, nothing started then...we started dating after both of us finished college. But that said, we have known each other all our lives," explains Tania.
The Wedding
From The Bride:
"Honestly, I didn't have a clue about anything wedding-related when it all started. I wanted a no-fuss relaxed celebration. My Husband is an extreme perfectionist and was the front runner for all the planning.
We chose Marriott Rayong because the hotel is well apt for hosting an Indian wedding. They have multiple outdoor spaces and a big Ballroom- so lots of venues to work with. Plus, they have a huge menu of Indian dishes and the food is delicious. We had a great team of wedding planners- Dream Indian Weddings and Innocept Studio. They are well experienced at organising weddings in Thailand. We had most vendors sourced from Thailand itself.
I only spent alot of time designing the decor for every function. Keeping in mind the weather and time of the year I wanted everything mostly pastel and minimal. We had back-to-back functions for three days straight in Rayong. My only criteria for outfits was comfort. I didnt want any heavy make up/ hair or any thing big and loud. I wore less jewellery for most functions.
My make up artist is a highly experienced lady and understood what I wanted very well. So I only had minimal make up that suited me and complimented my outfits. We always knew we wanted Artfoto Studios to cover our wedding. We'd seen their work before and really liked their style and presentation. We had a sundowner on the first day at the beach. I wore a Adrianna Papell gown with no jewellery. And also we had a reception dinner in the ballroom after the pheras. I wore a saree that was a gift from my mom-in-law. We did quite a bit of vendor hunting on WMG and found Simran (my make up artist) through it." explains Tania.
