We suspect we love Mehendis more than weddings? You too? Let's dance! Thats' why when Mahima's super cute wedding came our way with it's kitschy cool Mehendi decor and fun games - we went berserk. And to top it off, her outfits were super cute! Right from a green Ridhima Bhasin off-shoulder concoction to a red and rare Manish Malhotra and a fun prinvess-y dress by Shantanu & Nikhil. Photography by Happyframes was beautiful and fun and kudos for Mahima for choosing her destinatin wedding in Agra - perfect way to showcase India.
Meet Mahima & Mridul
"WedMeGood was my go-to-place for everything creative in full detail. And yes, you can put me in the category of 'Bridechilla' :D" says Mahima with excitement!
The Mehendi
From The Bride:
"Mridul and his family had hardly visited india. They have been in the middle-east all throughout. Hence we wanted a venue that could bring in some elements of India and also that some of his relatives were keen on visiting - so, the 7th wonder of the world, the Taj and of course, Agra. Although, we were sure we couldn't step out of the wedding venue in the 2 days, we wanted a place with a royal feel. And Japyee Palace was just the right fit," says Mahima.
"I just cannot explain how hardworking the Join Hands Hospitality team was they made all the amazing efforts and they were spot on at every event we planned. Happy Frames team was my favourite vendor throughout the three days of wedding. They made all the events so much exciting and energizing with each click. The best thing was that it was all candid and hardly any posing. By just clicking the photos, they took hundreds of beautiful photos without even bringing them to our notice. Plus, they were super warm and whole of the family loved them, we all are very happy that we made the right choice by choosing them.
We always wanted to make sure that all our vendors were always at the same page, at least the ones who expected creative output from. Hence, we ensured to meet them at 2-3 times together. Making the wedding planner and the photography and video team meet enabled some great pictures and capturing of a dreamy decor. We loved our decor for mehendi and engagement. It was brought out beautifully - colourful and bright. As for my outfits, a Shantanu and Nikhil gown and Manish Malhotra lehenga can be cliched but yes, it will always make you feel good. We had a logo that we got designed on our itinerary, our save the date, wedding favours to decor pictures - it was fab. We also had instant-picture printing on the Mehendi day. And people actually went crazy dancing and posing! Loved it" explains Mahima.
