When we saw these two cute ideas for centrepieces, we clearly went nuts. This one's so freaking easy. Take old stalks and slick them over with Fevicol and boom, add glitter. Another sweet way is to add a bit of glitter to the bottom of a vase to make it look awesome - sparingly though.
Rope Backdrop
Take a sturdy rope - weave it up in braids and hang it up. Add a few roses at strategic places and lo, you have a boho backdrop. If you want it looking fancier, add a curtain holder and drape the rope braid on it. The higher, the better!
Blackboard Backdrop

Get a blackboard and get the cousin with the most beautiful handwriting to write up a love quote. Add a nice lamp, and it's super sweet!
Suitcase Love

All you need is your papa's old suitcase or borrow one from your uncle. Place a few flowers and some books and stick up a bunting - awesome possum!
Under The Canopy
Instead of the usual flower chaddar, why not make one out of pom poms? Take a light cot, paint it metallic and let those pom poms hang!
Bottles and More
Take a few leftover beer bottles and wash them. Add your wedding/ mehendi theme colour to half the bottle and add a twig or flower. Done!
Bangle Hangings
Bunch of bangles tied up with the prettiest satin ribbon can make for great mehendi decor! So easy!
Mirror Magic

Pick up your favourite mirror and get someone with a good handwriting calligraph a nice quote, the menu or directions on it. Can make a great conversation-starter!

Wrap your favourite vases in lace and make them your signature centrepieces. Coloured lace can add more glam too.
Cup & Saucer Love

This one's pretty simple - stack up your mom's old cups and saucers and make them look like a neat centrepiece - serve with flowers, cookies and macaroons.
