Meet Tania and Ibadat
Tania recounts "Ours is a classic arranged marriage. We met at a relatives place in Chandigarh and immediately just clicked. Slowly, the connection turned into something special and that was it"

The chic, mehendi outfit and those chunky balls in the jhoomer= perfection
The wedding

So much sunshine yellow : The flower cart is way cute and the sharara adds the perfect amount of sunshine to this morning event.
From the bride: The vision for the wedding was to make all the events memorable in our own , homespun way. My outfits , jewellery and decor were all conceptualised by me , and infact given that I am a fashion designer myself I chose to wear my own creations for all the days except the reception. For the mehendi which took place in Amritsar , I designed a mehendi green colored salwar with a vibrant red dupatta and wore my moms ancestral jhoomer for a simple, chic look. The mehendi was also my favourite function as it was just close friends and family, and like they say- the smaller the function the more you enjoy.
Our wedding day decor was done in hues of orange , yellow and gold and we had a special prop as a flower cart which said "Carte De fleur". It had strings of flowers across it and one could just pluck those to shower petals for blessings, or just put some in your hair :) . My own outfit was a yellow and red sharara with gota work and a beautiful, lightweight dupatta.
