Celeb Engagement Rings - The Prettiest Rock?

  So we are going to come out and say it - Bollywood actresses need to get inventive with their engagement rings. Sure, each of them seems to have an extra large rock the size of pluto - but where are the cushion cuts ? The pears? The emeralds? The  halo settings???? Anyhoo, these are the rings of B-towns leading ladies (and ermm Sania Mirza..) are sporting .   Lara Datta has a round solitare on top of what looks like a split shank and the raised solitaire setting. From the looks of it thats atleast a 4.5 carat. Bebo too seems to have a large round solitaire (looks cushion in the photo) , but this is on a simple platinum band  without the raised solitaire setting. Shilpa Shetty has an obscenely large oval (?)  (14 whole carats to be precise) solitaire! Dont know about you, but my fingers would hurt with that much weight on it!   Genelia showed off yet another round solitaire.   Sania Mirza's ridonculously large  engagement ring looks bigger than the tennis ball she occasionally picks up! Yet again, a large round solitaire. Ash has some serious bling, somehow cant tell the cut from here though. She wears that sapphire and diamond ring for astrological purposes and that blinding rock is obviously gifted by Bacchan Junior. My guess is that its a...*shocker* ...large round solitaire.

Jessica Alba's elegant halo setting cushion cut diamond is classic perfection. Also its the perfect setting if you want your solitaire to look larger! Katherine Heigl's pear shaped ring is unique and adventurous. Kim K's ultra large emerald cut stone is fun and edgy- I have no idea which one of her fiance's this one is from though. Speaking of diamond rings, check out this cake with a diamond ring shape on the inside. WOW. THAT would be a proposal to make a bride happy huh (ofcourse only if there is an actual ring accompanying it.
