If you need a crash-course on how to organize your wedding functions on your own, you've struck gold! This engagement ceremony up in the hills of Shimla was planned by the bride herself, with a little help from yours truly! We absolutely loved her soft, powder blue saree with a train to die for, and how she styled it with a net blouse (so chic) and of course, the simplicity of the entire ceremony. The bride knew exactly what she wanted and thus her saree was completely customised! Pictures by Sandeep Sahdev Photography are gorgeous!
Meet Tapsi & Tarun
"We did our schooling together in Shimla and the first time both of us met was in our 7th grade during a sports competition in school. Although we had instantly developed a liking for each other from that very moment but we never dated in school, guess both of us were scared to admit that we like each other a lot. But then he shifted to Chandigarh for higher studies and after almost 3 years of not seeing each other, we met one day right outside my college. It was summer of 2009 when we met after years, exchanged numbers, started getting to know each other better and realized, this was it. Been happily together since then," shares Tapsi, with joy radiating on her face!
The Engagement
From The Bride
"I planned each and everything for my engagement on WedMeGood- the idea of the decor, the inspiration for the outfit, all credit goes to WedMeGood. They helped me independently plan my wedding without hiring a wedding planner. Thanks team WMG," adds Tapsi.
